Who can benefit from Eagle Adventure Physical Therapy?

Eagle Adventure Physical Therapy seeks to incorporate natural and home environments through adventure filled activities to address challenges in daily activities secondary to muscle strength, muscle tone, sensory processing, motor coordination and balance deficits associated with medical conditions such as developmental delay, cerebral palsy, sensory integration disorder and neuromuscular impairment.

What is the benefit of Eagle Adventure Physical Therapy?

At Eagle Adventure Physical Therapy, we believe that each child is created by God with unique skills, desires and capabilities. Through a unique approach to engage a child through meaningful and joyful ways, a child can grow in strength, confidence and mobility skills. At Eagle Adventure Physical Therapy we are able to work in collaboration with parents, medical care team and school care team in order to provide efficient care for the child.

Do I need a prescription from a physician to receive physical therapy?

A prescription is not required but is strongly recommended in order to provide better communication with your child’s health care team. A prescription for physical therapy is required if you would like to submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Does Eagle Adventure Physical Therapy accept insurance?

At this time our services are out of network for most commercial insurances and families are responsible for payment at the time of service. Documentation will be provided for families to submit for out-of- network reimbursement. This allows Eagle Adventure Physical Therapy to tailor your child’s plan of care and interventions to meet his or her individual needs and allow for adaptations as your child develops.
